Summary
We were brought on as the design build contractor for a Hampton Inn renovation which included both residential and commercial updates.
The Challenges
This hotel needed to update their building per the new Hilton requirements. This required a cosmetic and physical renovation to the main reception area and main lobby. Along with the public space renovation, they needed more functional residential room updates.
The Metropolitan Build Solution
We gutted the lobby and redesigned the entire interior, including a beautiful front desk reception area. Our in-house designer performed the design work, and we hired an architect to collaborate with throughout the process.
We recarpeted and repainted all rooms and hallways, and remodeled the bathrooms. The entire project took about 7 months. We created alternate entries and reception areas during the renovation so business was not disrupted.
