Summary

We executed a full-scale interior renovation of 3 old and dilapidated buildings on this Illinois campus.

We were hired as the design build renovations contractor for 3 buildings on Principia College’s Illinois campus. This campus is old and many of their structures were in disrepair. However, the architecture of the buildings was beautiful, featuring delicate ironwork and other stunning design features.

Rackham Hall and Anderson Hall were both student housing buildings. While still in use, they were in poor condition. We fully renovated both buildings, including improving central areas such as living rooms, hallways, and bathrooms. We brought in a blacksmith to weld custom doorhooks and knockers to match the existing architectural style.

Cox Cottage, the third building we renovated, housed the campus medical center. It included a clinical space and an area for faculty to meet with pre-med students. We fully renovated the facility, including updating the medical center with contemporary equipment and creating beautiful office and meeting spaces.
