Featured Project: Shenandoah Place

This building was a historic structure in disrepair, with wood rot, water damage, and faulty structural elements. We converted it from 12 one-bedroom units to 6 two-story townhomes, including all new doors and windows and a modernized design. We leveraged historic tax credits to fund the renovation.
